Dr. Omar was born in Culiacan, Sinaloa state, in Mexico. He studied at the University of Sinaloa, made a double specialty, in General Surgery in Tijuana, and Plastic Surgery in Guadalajara. He has the certification as a Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgeon. Dr. Omar a part of the Guadalajara Team at Vive Plastic Surgery in Tijuana.
